Forrester has released The Forrester Wave™: Agile Content Management Systems (CMSes), Q1 2021 which details the 15 most significant CMS vendors on the market. This report is not only a good starting point for anyone considering CMS vendors, but it also provides some insights from Forrester on key trends in the CMS market.

As we know, and as Forrester states in the report, “Brands that create great digital experiences fuel great customer experiences that add to the bottom line.” In addition, Forrester notes that in today’s market there has been a “shift to digital-first" and that more than ever, “brands need to be adaptive and assemble experiences more quickly”.
