Accessibility Statement

Crownpeak is passionate about accessibility, diversity and inclusion, and to implementing sustainable approaches to these important issues.

We want everyone who visits the Crownpeak website to feel welcome. Our goal is to facilitate access to all individuals by using assistive technologies, such as screen readers, screen magnifiers and, text to speech software.

What are we doing?

To help us make the Crownpeak website a positive place for everyone, we are incorporating best practices and standards as defined by the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 . These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide array of disabilities, more compatible with assistive technology, and more user friendly for everyone.

The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA and AAA). We’ve chosen WCAG 2.1 Level AA as the target for the Crownpeak website.

To achieve this goal, we monitor the website regularly using Crownpeak Digital Accessibility and Quality to identify and remediate WCAG 2.1 AA issues, and are continually working to improve our website’s accessibility, adding and optimizing features, and developing and adopting new technologies.

How are we doing?

We've worked hard on the Crownpeak website towards our goal of achieving WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility. Despite our very best efforts to allow anybody to access the website and adjust it to their needs, there may still be pages or sections that are not fully accessible, are in the process of becoming accessible, or are lacking an adequate technological solution to make them accessible.

If you have any concerns about the usability of our site or find a feature that is inaccessible, please get in touch. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests. We'd like to hear from you in any of the following ways:
