The "CELUM FirstSpirit Connect" module offers an effective solution for integrating CELUM's Digital Asset Management [DAM] with the FirstSpirit Content Management System [CMS]. The seamless linking of both systems leads to significant efficiency gains. Centralized data storage of all assets in one system and easy access from the CMS significantly reduces costs, errors, and effort in website maintenance.
The assets can be reached via the existing and proven CELUM structures such as folders, keywords, and collections, or specifically via the search function in the selected structure. They can also be saved in the FirstSpirit MediaStore using drag & drop, including their metadata. A duplicate check prevents multiple saves. Changes to assets in CELUM are automatically transferred to the MediaStore, while the asset usage tagging in CELUM enables easy tracking. Based on defined user roles, CELUM controls editors' access to specific assets.
The CELUM FirstSpirit Connect integration is available as a standard module in the Crownpeak Cloud, so customers automatically benefit from further developments and new features.
