Accessibility Statement

As a leader in the digital experience space, Crownpeak recognizes the value of enabling all people to participate.

Simply put, our products allow companies to connect with consumers in a highly personalized way and we want this to work for as many people as possible. Towards that end, we, like many companies, find ourselves on a journey. In some ways we’re well on our way, in others we’re just starting out.

We understand that transparency and communication are critical for our success and we welcome all questions, concerns and feedback at accessibility@crownpeak.com.

Product Roadmap

In the coming months, we will start to publish our accessibility roadmap by product and provide information on how we are complying with laws like the EAA and ADA. We are excited to share enhancements to FirstSpirit ContentCreator which will enable screen reader and/or keyboard-only users to be content creators, in addition to real-time, AI driven suggestions to ensure content is created with accessibility in mind.

Our Digital Quality Management (DQM) tool is currently going through an update to the checkpoints and supporting information to further align it with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). In addition enhancements have been made to keyboard accessibility and other criteria as identified in DQM’s VPAT(pdf - 452 kB) .

Crownpeak Website

The new Crownpeak website has been designed to meet WCAG 2.2 color contrast, keyboard and screen reader requirements.
