Crownpeak Names David Pincus as Chief Financial Officer

Crownpeak, a leading digital experience platform (DXP), announced the appointment of David Pincus, Chief Financial Officer. David will serve on the executive leadership team and guide the company’s financial operations. 

David's background includes a combination of domestic and international experience in multinational and private equity/venture capital backed companies in a variety of industries including several software and services businesses, namely companies experiencing high growth and underperformers requiring reinvigoration and business model orientation. 

David comes to us most recently from Fullsteam, a credit card facilitator/processor. During his four years, Fullsteam acquired over sixty SaaS software companies covering many verticals and with differing business models – growing revenues to roughly $250M. The company raised considerable debt to support this strategy and sold a small portion of the business to a well-known private equity group. David currently splits his time between Tampa, Florida, and Auburn, Alabama.
