Healthfirst is the largest Medicaid managed care plan in New York City and the second largest Medicare Advantage plan. The not-for-profit organization is headquartered in lower Manhattan and is sponsored by a number of not-for-profit and public hospitals in the metropolitan area. The CrownPeak CMS has enabled internal stakeholders at Healthfirst to easily and quickly update general company and member services information, in addition to other health-related content on their Web sites. Additionally, Healthfirst will develop a new landing page program to support their lead generation and online marketing efforts – and CrownPeak CMS will facilitate that effort.
