- Define and communicate online business
goals
- Provide the
content
- Provide guidance on design, process,
workflow, and every other requirement for the online
business
- Work with CrownPeak to develop and deliver
end-user training
- Assign a project manager (and single point-of-contact) to get the new
process going internally and work with CrownPeak during the
customization and
initial content import process.
