Secure Publishing Connections
When we manage content for our clients, the CrownPeak CMS publishes files and content into our client's web infrastructure. The CrownPeak CMS supports a number of security-minded options for those clients that want them. As an option, CrownPeak can accommodate SFTP, Leased Lines and/or even VPN restricted access.
Security For Users and Data
CrownPeak utilizes some of the most advanced technology for Internet security. When our clients access the CMS, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects information using both server authentication and data encryption. CrownPeak also allows for clients to profile their users – based on time, time zone and source IP address. The system sends email alerts based on “unusual” behavior at the customer’s CMS such as different source IP addresses, or time zone or geographic discrepancies in the CMS access.
System-Wide Auditing Available
Every user action that is performed within the CMS is also stored within the CMS and can be reviewed in real-time within the system audit. The auditing function is also available at the asset level as well.
