joined the company as Vice President of Sales, and Robert Rose has been
appointed Vice President, Marketing and Product Strategy. The expansion of

As Vice President of Sales, Kirk will build and manage
CrownPeak's sales teams, continue establishing business development partnerships
and help to continue CrownPeak's leadership position as a world-class, hosted
Web Site Management company. Kirk brings over 10 years of sales, management and
sales operations experience to CrownPeak. Prior to CrownPeak, Kirk was with
FrontBridge Technology, a leading software-as-a-service company, where he was
instrumental in building the sales team and developing alliance partners. Kirk
has also held sales leadership positions with Vignette and Parametric
Technology.
Robert Rose immediately assumes the role of Vice President,
Marketing and Product Strategy for CrownPeak, where he will not only focus on
all strategic marketing and corporate communication efforts for the company, but
will assume responsibility for managing current and new product development and
strategy. Rose has been with CrownPeak since 2002, serving as Vice President of
Sales and Marketing. He was responsible for driving all of CrownPeak's sales,
strategic marketing and corporate communications.
