Senior Software Engineer (Product Development). This leadership position will help to craft the future of CrownPeak’s suite of hosted software solutions for online marketers and web site managers.  Working as part of a highly collaborative group of software professionals, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers through the design, development, testing, and deployment of our innovative software solutions.  As a Senior Engineer, you will be a driving force in the development of our engineering organization and major contributor to our continuous process improvement efforts.

Senior Software Engineer (Systems Performance). This leadership role will work with a cross-functional team of performance experts to proactively identify and resolve product performance issues.  As part of this elite team, you will be responsible for improving software and hardware performance, configuration, monitoring and performance reporting capabilities.  In addition, you will be an integral part of the capacity management team and key advisor to the Network Operations Center.

Senior CMS Consultants (also called Account Directors).  CrownPeak seeks talented individuals that can apply expert level knowledge on a broad range of tasks to all elements of a client engagement.  As an Account Director, you will personally manage and own several client engagements, leading the implementation and delivery efforts of Content Management System (CMS) projects.  You will design and build CMS templates using different technologies, enable the integration of client-side and server-side code, apply expertise in Information Architecture and web development, train users and administrators, provide ongoing support and enhancements to the client's solution, and manage the client relationship throughout the engagement.
